Step 1 — Book Around Your Move Date

Book as early as you know your vacating date — ideally 48–72 hours in advance. We cover all Dubai areas and can often accommodate same-day bookings for urgent check-outs. We work with tenants, landlords, real estate agents, and property managers including Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC, and independent landlords across freehold and leasehold zones.

Step 2 — Access and Baseline Condition Assessment

On arrival at the vacant property, we photograph the current condition of every room before cleaning begins. This baseline document protects both tenant and landlord in any deposit dispute. We note pre-existing damage outside the scope of cleaning. This documentation is provided free as part of every move-out clean.

Step 3 — Comprehensive End-of-Tenancy Deep Clean

Our move-out clean covers every surface in every room to Dubai landlord standard: kitchen degreased including inside oven, hob, extractor, and all appliances; bathrooms descaled and polished; inside all wardrobes and storage units; behind and under all appliances; all windows cleaned inside; all floors scrubbed; skirting boards, light switches, and door handles cleaned; balconies swept and washed. We use a 96-point handover checklist aligned with RERA tenancy standards.

Step 4 — Photo Report for Deposit Recovery

After completion, we provide a full before-and-after photo report of every room, timestamped and formatted for use in RERA deposit dispute filings or direct landlord presentation. If the property manager identifies any issue within 24 hours, we return to address it at no extra charge.
