How soon can you start once the site is ready?
Book 24 to 48 hours ahead. Same day and next day are often possible on WhatsApp, subject to a team being free.
Do you work with the main contractor or with the developer?
Both. This is work we do with contractors and developers, on a single unit or across a whole handover programme.
Is post-construction cleaning the same as a deep clean?
No. Post-construction cleaning takes a site that has just been finished to inspection ready: construction dust, paint, cement, grout, silicone and adhesive residue, and high glass. A deep clean is for a property already in use.
Are your teams insured?
Yes. Teams are background-checked, trained, uniformed, insured and supervised, and they bring every machine and supply the job needs.
How is the price worked out?
From the drawings, a unit list or photographs on WhatsApp, you get a written scope and price, usually within the hour while we are open. When the job needs a site visit, the price follows the visit.
Can you reach high glass without scaffolding?
Yes. High floors are cleaned with water-fed pole systems, and facades can be cleaned by drone with certified operators, so there is no scaffolding to hire or wait for.
When do we pay?
After the work is done, by cash, bank transfer or card.
