Property managers, facility managers and building management companies run buildings with work the routine cleaning programme does not cover: a unit turned around between two guests, a venue cleaned around an event, a pool, a water tank, a solar array. Each one needs its own equipment and its own timing. You order all five from one supplier, and vetted, insured teams do them.
Holiday homes and short lets
A unit that is let by the night earns nothing on a day it is not ready. We work to the check-out and check-in times you give us, on one apartment or across a portfolio, and the photo report reaches you before you have to ask for it.
A team is on site within 30 minutes of check-out. A one or two bedroom apartment takes 90 to 120 minutes, a larger villa two and a half to four hours. Bathrooms disinfected, kitchen reset, dishes done, appliances, counters and fridge checked.
Hotel-grade linen and towels changed after every guest, collected and laundered by us. Water, coffee, tea, toiletries and guest kits restocked to your list, with an alert before stock runs out. The unit staged to your welcome specification.
Every room photographed before and after, sent on WhatsApp within 30 minutes of finishing. Anything damaged is photographed and reported the same day, while you can still raise it with the guest.
Events
An event carries three separate cleaning jobs, and the biggest one runs after everybody has gone home. Weddings and receptions, yacht parties in Dubai Marina, conferences, launches and networking nights, private villa parties, Iftar and Ramadan gatherings, exhibitions and property launches.
A full venue clean, surfaces prepared, bathrooms set up and the room staged, finished before the first guest is at the door.
Discreet staff on site: waste cleared, bathrooms refreshed and the venue kept presentable for as long as the event runs.
Rubbish removed, then a deep clean of floors, bathrooms, kitchens and every surface, then a final inspection room by room before the venue is handed back.
Swimming pools
A pool in Dubai loses its balance quickly. Dust settles on the surface, the sun works on the chemistry, and a filter left alone puts the load back on the pump. Tower pools, villa pools and communal pools are serviced on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly contract.
The floor vacuumed and the walls brushed, so the surfaces that grow film are cleaned rather than skimmed over.
Filters cleaned and debris removed from the surface and the baskets, so the water keeps moving through clean media.
Chemical balancing on every visit, so the water is safe to swim in and the tiles and fittings are not left sitting in unbalanced water between visits.
Water tanks
Stored water is the one thing on the property that ends up inside people, and it is the item a building manager is asked about first. Dubai Municipality recommends cleaning at least every six months.
The tank and its covers inspected before anything is touched, then drained and cleaned out.
The tank disinfected and refilled, and left ready for the building to use.
The work is done by licensed technicians, on villas, on towers and on the shared tanks a building management company is responsible for.

Solar panels
A panel works through its glass, and glass in Dubai collects dust. Arrays are washed with pure-water technology, so nothing is put on the panel that then has to be taken off again.
Pure-water technology only. No detergent on the glass, and no film left behind for the next layer of dust to stick to.
The water dries off the panel without marking it, so the glass is left clear across the whole array rather than clean in patches.
Where it sits, how many panels, and how it is reached from the building. That is what decides the team, the equipment and the time on site, so send it with the enquiry, or ask us for a site visit.
What we bring
Teams arrive with everything, and what comes with them depends on the property and on the access it has. Nothing is drawn from your store and nothing is borrowed from the building.
For difficult and high windows, and any glass that cannot be reached safely from the floor.
Water-fed poles for high floors, and drone-assisted facade cleaning by certified operators.
For pool surrounds, venue floors, tile, grout and stone, and for residue that will not wipe off.
For carpet, upholstery and soft furnishings after an event or a guest.
For dust and debris, which a domestic vacuum spreads rather than removes.

Before you award it
Yes. Turnovers, events, pools, water tanks and solar panels run on one account, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly contract, or as one-off visits. One supplier to deal with, and one number to call.
Book 24 to 48 hours ahead. Same day and next day are often possible on WhatsApp, subject to a team being free. To move or cancel a visit, tell us 24 hours before.

Yes. Waste is cleared, bathrooms are refreshed and the venue is kept presentable for as long as the event runs. The full reset happens after the last guest leaves, and there is a final inspection room by room before the venue is handed back.
Not the building itself. That is post-construction cleaning: construction dust, paint, cement and silicone residue, protective film and glass, done before handover. The pools, the tanks and the solar array are specialist work that follows it.
After the work is done, by cash, bank transfer or card.
