Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring everything. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. You do not need to provide anything.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Absolutely. We use biodegradable, non-toxic, child-safe and pet-safe cleaning products as standard. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, let us know in advance and we will accommodate.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many clients provide us with a key or access code. Our teams are fully insured and vetted. You will receive a completion notification when the job is done.

How do I get a quote?

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance. For same-day or next-day bookings, contact us via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Do you offer regular cleaning contracts?
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly contracts for both residential and commercial clients, often at a discounted rate compared to one-time bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards. Payment is typically collected after the service is completed to your satisfaction.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.

What is included in post-construction cleaning?
Our post-construction cleaning includes removal of construction dust and debris, cleaning of all surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings), window and glass cleaning, bathroom and kitchen sanitisation, polishing of fixtures, and removal of paint marks and adhesive residue.
How often should I clean my water tank?
Dubai Municipality recommends water tanks be cleaned at least every 6 months. Most residential properties benefit from quarterly cleaning, especially in summer when heat accelerates bacterial growth.
Do you offer Airbnb turnover cleaning?
Yes. We specialise in short-term rental turnovers, including linen changes, restocking toiletries, damage checks, and photography-ready presentation. We work with Airbnb hosts and property managers across Dubai.
What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers recurring maintenance — floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen. Deep cleaning goes further: inside appliances, behind furniture, grout scrubbing, skirting boards, and areas not covered in a standard visit. We recommend a deep clean every 2–3 months.
Do you clean solar panels?
