What a deep clean covers
What a routine visit runs past.
Villas, apartments, whole buildings and commercial property. The same work, at the scale the property needs.
Behind and under the furniture
Sofas, beds and wardrobes moved, the floor cleaned underneath, and what has collected behind them taken out with the dust.
Grout, tile and stone
Grout lines scrubbed back, and marble, ceramic and stone cleaned with a monobrush rather than a mop that moves the dirt along.
Skirting, frames and edges
Skirting boards, door frames, window tracks, switch plates, ledges and the top of every door. The line a weekly visit does not have time for.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Kitchens degreased to the surface underneath. Bathrooms sanitised, sanitary ware finished, tiles, joints and seals cleaned back.
Common areas and back of house
Lobbies, corridors, stair cores, lift lobbies and service areas, taken in the same visit as the units or kept on their own cycle.
A deep clean is not a handover clean. If the property has just come off a construction site, the construction dust, the cement and paint residue and the protective film are a different job, and that job is post-construction cleaning.

We walk the property
Send the building, the unit count and the floor plans on WhatsApp, or ask us to come and look. A deep clean is quoted from what is actually there.

A written scope and price
What is included and what it costs, written down, so there is one scope to check the work against. Usually within the hour while we are open.

We work around the building
Occupied floors, trading hours and access permits set the programme. Book 24 to 48 hours ahead. Same day or next day is often possible on WhatsApp, subject to a team being free.

You check it, then you pay
We tell you when the work is finished, so you can check it against the scope. Payment is after the job, by cash, bank transfer or card.
What we bring
What a cloth cannot reach.
Teams arrive with everything. What comes through the door depends on the surfaces in the property, how much of it there is, and who is still using it while we work.
- Monobrush machines
Rotary brushes and pads for marble, ceramic, stone and grout lines, where a mop only moves the dirt around the floor.
- Steam cleaning machines
Heat instead of more chemistry, for sanitary ware, tile joints, seals and the corners a brush cannot enter.
- Shampoo and extraction machines
Carpet, rugs, upholstery and mattresses washed, then the water drawn back out so nothing is left damp behind us.
- Professional vacuum systems
Filtered vacuums that hold fine dust instead of returning it to the room, which is what a domestic machine does.
- Products for an occupied property
Biodegradable, non-toxic, safe around children and pets. Tell us about allergies in the building and we adapt.

Before you award it
What a property manager asks.
Is a deep clean the same as a handover clean?
No. A handover clean takes a finished construction site to inspection ready: construction dust, paint, cement, grout and silicone residue, protective film and high glass. A deep clean is for a property already in use. If the building has just come off site, ask for post-construction cleaning instead.
How do you price a deep clean?
From a site visit. We walk the units and the common areas, look at the surfaces and at the access, then send a written scope and a price against it.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. A building is scheduled floor by floor or unit by unit, around tenants, trading hours and access permits. Teams are insured, uniformed and supervised, and we work seven days a week.
How often does a property need one?
Every two to three months for most properties. A portfolio usually runs it on a fixed schedule so each building comes round in turn. Where a property also needs a routine visit between deep cleans, that runs weekly, bi-weekly or monthly on a contract.
When do we pay?
After the work is done, by cash, bank transfer or card.
