Tracks vacuumed out before anything wet touches them, then frames wiped down and sills cleaned. The glass is only half of a window.

Construction dust, cement splash, paint marks and adhesive residue are not ordinary soiling. Send a photograph of the worst pane and tell us what the glass has been through, so the scope and the price cover it.
A cycle, not a rescue
A tower holds its glass better on a schedule than on an emergency. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly contracts, or one visit ahead of an inspection.
If the glass is dirty because the building has just come out of construction, and the frames still carry protective film and the sills still carry construction dust, that work belongs to post-construction cleaning, and the two are quoted together.

Inspect the glass with us in daylight. Payment is after the job, by cash, bank transfer or card.

Purified water, and a way up.
A streak is a water problem before it is an effort problem. What arrives on site follows the height of the building, the access it has and what is sitting on the glass.

Purified water carried up the pole to the high floors. Nothing is left on the glass to dry into a mark.

Flown by certified operators on the elevations a pole cannot reach, so there is no scaffolding to hire or wait for.

How high can you reach, and how?
Ground and podium glass is cleaned from the floor. Above that we use water-fed pole systems, and the elevations a pole cannot reach are cleaned by drone with certified operators. Send the elevations and the floor count and we will tell you which method your building needs.
Do we have to hire scaffolding?
No. Water-fed poles and drone-assisted cleaning by certified operators are how we get to high glass, so there is nothing to hire or wait for. Where a building's own access makes high-access equipment the sensible route, we bring it.
What do you need from the building?
Tell us at the quote stage how a visit works at your building: the way onto the roof and the balconies, the passes your management asks for, and where water and power are. We bring everything else, the supplies and the equipment.
The building is coming up to handover. Is that the same job?
It is part of post-construction cleaning: construction dust, cement splash, paint marks and adhesive residue come off glass differently from ordinary soiling. Tell us the building is a handover and we quote the glass with the rest of it.
Can the glass be done before an inspection?
Yes. Give us the inspection date and we work backwards from it. Book 24 to 48 hours ahead. Same day and next day are often possible on WhatsApp, subject to a team being free.
