Step 1 — Space Assessment and Product Selection

We identify the space type, size, surface materials, and any specific pathogen concerns (COVID-19, influenza, Norovirus, MRSA). Product selection depends on the application: electrostatic spray for large open areas; ULV fogging for porous surfaces and soft furnishings; manual application for food contact surfaces where runoff must be controlled. All our products are on the UAE MOH and WHO approved list.

Step 2 — Pre-Clean if Required

Disinfectants are most effective on visually clean surfaces. For spaces that have not been recently cleaned, we carry out a rapid pre-clean to remove gross contamination before applying disinfectant. This step is included in our full sanitization package. Applying disinfectant over soiled surfaces reduces efficacy by up to 90%.

Step 3 — Electrostatic Spray Application

Our electrostatic sprayer atomizes disinfectant and charges each droplet with a positive electrical charge. The droplets are attracted to negatively charged surfaces — wrapping around objects and covering surfaces that a standard spray would miss, including undersides of chairs, backs of equipment, and all hard-to-reach areas. Coverage is 2–3 times more effective than conventional trigger spray.

Step 4 — Dwell Time, Ventilation, and Certificate

After application, we observe the required dwell time (typically 5–30 minutes depending on the product and pathogen target) before ventilating the space. The area is safe for re-entry within 30 minutes of ventilation. You receive a sanitization certificate with the date, product used, technician name, and area treated — required for ISO certification, school or hotel compliance, and commercial landlord requirements.
